Welcome to EdgeScale, your trusted technology solutions partner. These terms outline our service agreement and mutual responsibilities in creating cutting-edge web applications, mobile apps, and SaaS solutions for your business.
1. Service Agreement
This agreement establishes a legally binding contract between you ('Client') and EdgeScale ('we,' 'us,' or 'our'), an India-based technology solutions provider. These terms govern all services we provide, including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, SaaS product development, and related consulting services (collectively, the 'Services'). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Project Terms
When engaging EdgeScale for development services, you agree to: (1) provide accurate project requirements and necessary materials; (2) review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes; (3) maintain clear communication channels; and (4) fulfill payment obligations as per the project agreement. All project specifications and deliverables will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of agreed fees, you will receive ownership rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your project. EdgeScale retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property, development frameworks, and tools used in creating your solution. We may reuse general programming knowledge and techniques learned during development.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project delivery, clients must: (1) provide timely access to necessary systems and information; (2) assign a primary point of contact for project communications; (3) promptly review and approve deliverables; and (4) ensure all provided content and materials don't infringe on third-party rights.
5. Legal Framework
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India. This ensures consistent legal interpretation and dispute resolution while adhering to Indian IT industry standards and regulations.
6. Support and Communication
For project inquiries, support requests, or any questions about our services, contact our team at support@edgescale.io. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST. We maintain professional communication channels throughout project development and support phases.
By engaging EdgeScale's services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
